• Out of date fashion colour baths - paint WHITE and renew joint sealer between wall and bath
• Out of date fashion colour tiles – re-grout if necessary - then paint WHITE
• Add anti-mould solution to paint to prevent mould

• Seal joins between floors and walls to prevent water damage

• Second hand is brilliant, especially if you are flexible with the layout
