Yes! Who am I? I am very people friendly, I’m new to your community, I fashionable , I am always making sure things are neat and tidy , you want ever find me without my a purse or tennis shoes of color, I love nick nacks, my love for complimenting other women never ends, I love my family, my great working days I recall often keep me busy, and I quote if you see me and need a helping hand I right there to help you out, I love gardening, if I could have a sliced lemon a day it will do me just fine, and please I like my food sea- soned to my taste! Being quick on my feet and the vending change will keep me satisfied, Your see me smiling and laughing most often , being physically fit is important to me. Seeing me from afar or near my youth- ful look still radiates in my older years! My daughter tries to keep me on top of think, I can appreciate a good yard sale.. Any truth to that? A. probably not. It’s true that your body needs ample water each day from food and bever-ages to maintain proper func-tion. But there’s no evidence that drinking it at specific times—say, first thing in the morning, to acti-vate your organs”—say—correlates with better health. If you don’t drink enough fluids, it might be helpful to drink water at certain times, such as during meals, so you wont forget to do it. Otherwise , you can generally let thirst and activity guide you. You should drink some water before, during, and after vigor-ous exercise to prevent dehydra-tion. You might also need to in-crease your intake in very hot weather. But avoid drinking ex-cess fluids right before bed, which could interfere with anoth-er function: sleep.
