The KING OF DIAMOND’S ALL STAR WEEKEND BASH is a high profile, star-studded
extravaganza designed to showcase the skill set and lifestyle of some of the best basketball talent,
comedy talent, pole talent and custom and exotic cars of some of the biggest names in
entertainment, film, sports, music and adult entertainment. Over the past five years The King Of
Diamond’s has become the most famous gentlemen’s club in the world. Known for attracting A-
List Celebrities from all walks of life and showcasing some of the world’s best talent, it is only
fitting that The King Of Diamond’s host an All Star Weekend of this magnitude. On the grounds
surrounding the huge venue will be displays of our sponsor’s products; high end specialty cars,
motorcycles, Custom antique cars, Low Riders, electronics, cigars, liquors, watches, and other
specialty products and services our sponsors provide. The weekend will consist of Six events, (1)
Basketball Events: The 3 on 3 Challenge, 3 Point Shoot Out Competition, Slam Dunk Contest, 2)
Comedy Show & Artist Showcase 3) Pole Dance Competition. 4) Car & Bike Show, 5) Bartender
Mixology Competiton and 6) Foam Party Finale. This weekend’s events will be attended by

The Company:
KING OF DIAMOND’S GENLEMEN’S CLUB, LLC. its main purpose is to serve as a means to
broaden the scope of the KOD brand and open the door for a whole new type of fan that in the
past has had little or no interest in Adult Clubs. Several years ago the Founders of KOD, Lenny
Moore and Charles Young made a major push to attract more fans and customers to KOD by
providing as many amenities as possible to make every man and women feel like a King or
Queen whenever they visited The King of Diamond’s. They knew from over 46 years of owning
and operating first class adult clubs in the Miami area that not everyone had a good opinion of
the adult club business. So they set out to change the image of the strip club game by making
their clubs as upscale and as safe as possible. They also made it cool and sheik for guys to bring
their wives or girl to the gentlemen’s club on a date. Lenny’s clubs, Black Gold, Diamond’s
Cabaret, King of Diamond’s and Queen of Diamond’s were the first clubs in South Florida that
welcomed unescorted ladies and to have live performances by top named artists.

In September of 2008 Lenny Moore and Charles Pop Young took over a failed strip club Crazy Horse from
Jack Gilardi of Gilardi South Enterprises. After 2 months of renovations and a complete make over and face
lift Lenny Moore renamed the venue The King of Diamond’s Gentleman’s Club. King of Diamond’s opened
its doors for business on November 28, 2008 to much fanfare and numerous celebrities in attendance on a
nightly basis. The King of Diamond’s celebrated its official Grand Opening on New Years Eve with P.
Diddy hosting and debuting his new Ciroc Vodka. There were over 8,000 patrons both men and ladies
waiting in line for hours to get in. Over the next few months The King of Diamond’s quickly became
celebrity headquarters to the NBA, NFL, movie & film stars, music stars and top notch comedians. Charles
Pops Young, Lenny Moore’s longtime General Manager at his former club Diamond Cabaret served as
General Manager of the King of Diamond’s. With Lenny’s connections to the professional athletes, corporate
executives and record & music industry and Pops association and ties to the streets, the King of Diamond’s
popularity mushroomed. Pretty soon nearly every big named hip hop artist from Lil Wayne, Rick Ross,
Drake, Young Jeezy, P. Diddy, T.I. Busta Rhymes, Lil John, Gucci Mane, Juicy J. and many others were
including KOD in their songs. Today over 86 songs by major artists mentioning KOD play on hundreds of
radio stations all around the world. The King of Diamond’s has a consistent dancer roster of over 500 girls
who traveled the world over to come to KOD to be a part of the King of Diamond’s experience and make
upwards of $3,000-5,000 on any given night. The venue is a 130,000 square foot 2 story facility. Lenny was
brilliant at utilizing every inch of space turning the back area into a full length basketball court, a barber
shop, boutique complete with hair and nail salon. Over the next 5 years with Lenny Moore and Charles
Young at the helm The name King of Diamond’s gained worldwide notoriety as the mecca of all adult clubs.
Known all over for having the cleanest and safest facility, most attractive entertainers, professional staff, five
star dining and dozens of A-List celebrities on a nightly basis. There have been dozens of music video shoots,
album release parties, liquor launch parties, movie screenings, Super Bowl Parties, Pay Per View fights and
just about any other party you can think of going on at KOD. Some of KOD’s biggest named patrons

Target Market The primary purpose of the KOD All Star Weekend Bash Weekend is to increase viewer-ship and
fan base of The King Of Diamond’s Brand, its sponsors and our celebrity guests. Our goal is also to
bring celebrities, sponsors of high end products and services, and fans together to connect on a
professional business and personal level. These celebrities, sponsors and fans will become aware of
what they all are doing and providing and possibly make a business connection. Sponsors in need of
celebrities to possibly endorse or even purchase their product or service.
Competition No other Party, Event or Bash of this kind exists or has been done on this level. This will be an
action packed KOD All Star Weekend to be talked about for many years to come.
Marketing
Strategy
The KOD All Star Weekend Bash will be marketed across all media outlets. All the various
networks along with the National and local TV and radio talk shows. Lenny Moore along with
many Celebrities will also appear on the various talk show circuits such as The Tom Joyner
Morning Show, Ricky Smiley Morning Show, Earthquake Radio Show, Wendy Williams and
many others to talk about the event both before and after the event. It will also be marketed through
tabloid television shows such as BET, VH1, Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, Deco Drive and
MTV. The KOD All Star Weekend Bash will be heavily marketed over the internet through its
various websites such as twitter, Face Book, Instagram and Youtube as well.
Barriers and Risks
As far as the risk factor, there really aren’t any downside risks involved. There maybe the risk of
canceled flights due to bad weather, unforeseen illness, emergency or and occasional scheduling
conflict. This will be a win win situation for all the sponsors along with the general public that

Leonard J. Moore – Executive Director - Lenny Moore is a
1983 graduate of the University of Miami and a member of the
1983 National Champions Football team at the University of
Miami. Leonard received his Masters Degree in 1984 in
International Marketing. Lenny worked as a stockbroker for
International Trading Group in Miami from 1985-1987. During
his tenure there he was consistently one of their top
producers. In 1988 Lenny Moore opened up A Moore Insurance
Group in Hollywood Florida. A Moore Insurance Group employed
36 agents and specialized in insuring hard to place
insurance coverage’s for celebrities, professional athletes
liability policies, concerts and special events around the
world. Events such as concerts, rodeos, boxing, golf
tournaments and pageants became Moore’s specialty. Moore
also is the President of Moore Entertainment Group, which is
a production company that has produced numerous video, TV
and Film productions for music videos, awards ceremonies,
corporate events and others. Mr. Moore has owned and
operated some of the most successful nightclubs and venues
in the country. Lenny Moore is the Founder and Creator of
King of Diamond’s Gentlemen’s Club in Miami which is the
largest most famous Gentlemen’s Club’s in the world.
Gary Alexander is one of America’s most influential lawyers
in the country. A law graduate of Columbia University and
classmate and personal friend of Michelle Obama and
President Barack Obama. Along the way he has handled some
of the largest jury awards and settlements in the U.S.,
winning more than 25 cases valued in excess of $1 million
each. Gary has been featured in national media publications
such as The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Boston
Globe, Ebony, Jet, People, Black Enterprise, Fortune, The
New Yorker and the National Law Journal. His remarkable
legal career and tireless work on behalf of his clients has
been well documented on 60 Minutes, CBS Evening News and
ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.
Charles “Pops” Young-Operations Manager- has an outstanding
record of operating and running first class R&B, Hip Hop and
Comedy Tours all over the Southeast over the past 25 years.
Along with running successful tours, Mr. Young has owned and
operated nightclubs and managed music studios as well. Mr.
Young has managed some of the biggest names in the music
business, i.e. P. Diddy, R. Kelly, Keith Sweat, Busta
Rhymes, Teddy Riley, Trick Daddy just to name a few. His
list of A-List celebrities and stars is second to none and
they all frequent any venue or facility that Mr. Young is
associated with.

The King of Diamond’s All Star Weekend Extravaganza brings together professionals from
the Sports, Music, Entertainment and Television industries that collectively have extensive
experience in launching major events, parties and managing entertainment ventures and
reality shows. Additionally, the team has a broad network of contacts in the music, sports,
film and entertainment industries that will allow it to continually expand the
entertainment offerings.
We employ a full time staff of 18-24 employees working in various cities around the
country at any given time. These employees are responsible for the day-to-day operations
of the business, including but not limited to: road managers, film crew, talent scouts,
personnel answering calls, accounting, legal counseling, interviewing talent, conducting
press conferences, marketing and promotions experts, research and development
personnel, production and editing professionals and consultants.
