Landmark design

Rising 14 storeys above ground, thebuilding has a dynamic presence,enhanced by the gently curved curtainwalls running along its main facades. Theexterior skin consists of fixed louverswhile the interior skin is made of lowemission double glazed windows.Acting as a sunscreen, the fixed louversare made of perforated aluminiumsheets and equipped with Led lightsthat discreetly illuminate the façade.

Another key design feature consists in acoffered podium slab that curves uptowards the corner to create a strikingentrance. A deep canopy extending overthe sidewalk creates a pedestrian-friendly outdoor space.
