Jeff grew up in Athens Ga, home of the Georgia Buttdogs! ln the early days his life wasabsotutely dedicated to ptaying soccer and other sports. ln the ninth grade he took ajob with a friend's father's catering company where a gastronomic spark was lit andfrom there on woutd onty continue to grow and shine! Jeff acquired his formalculinary and hospitatity training at Johnson and Wales University in Charteston, SouthCarotina. He has worked extensivety in fine dining restaurants and hotets untit findinghis home on yachts seven years ago. Jeff has a passion for traveting, experiencingdifferent cutture, and discovering new and exciting foods. He has been lucky enoughto travel and work throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Europe and Centrat America.He enjoys surfing and ptaying the guitar but most importantty spending time with hisfamity. Cartos is fiom Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He grew up surrounded by boats and cars andhe started his career as an auto repair tech at his father's shop which fueted hispassion for working on fast cars. After trying motorcycte and construction equipmentrepair he hetped his cousin on a yacht and he immediatety knew this is what hewanted to do-. With t2 year$of mechanical experience he quickty found a job as amarine diesel contractor and eventualty as an engineer aboard a yacht. Now thatCartos is doing his dream job he is abte to work hard and also ptay hard doing hobbiesthat he loves. ln his free time he enjoys swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddteboarding, modifying his car or motorcycte, drifting road course racing and theoccasional motorcycte ride.

Erin was born and raised in the beautiful providence of New Brunswick, Canada. Shehas a very strong love of the great outdoors and the ocean has fascinated her sincebeing a little girl spending her summers on Prince Edward lstand with her famity. Shestarted her exciting career on the Mariner of the Seas, as a Massage Therapist whereshe met her future husband-to-be in 2004 touring the Caribbean. She then teft thecruise industry for yachting, where she worked onboard M/Y INCENTIVE for 8 years.Her greatest loves are her husband Adam and their 10 year otd cocker spaniet, Baitey.Some are her passions inctude traveling, downhitt skiing, camping, four wheeting, andftying.
