Urban CellsThe city is a net composed of urban cells, a new scale that act as a tool for spatial re-organizition. By presenting a new scale, smaller then a neighborhood, the urban cell allows flexibility and is a feasible scale for urban regeneration.


CirculationThe inner circulation is divided into two: Cross-city public transportation that stitches the industrial zone, the existing city and the new northern neighborhood. Pedestrian and bicycling paths are organized as net, juxtaposing the transportation circulation.


TechnologyThe theme of technology is integrated in all aspects of life, such as the Net School, Smart Public Spaces, Science and Tech Park and residency programs.


Nature The green ring surrounding the city is viewed as an integral part of city life and conneted to the pedestrian grid. The gardens and parks inside the city offer specific internet contents and each present a unique technological theme.



Stitching the existing residential area, the industrial area and the northern development, by:

1. The Band Embraces the city and composed of diverse experiences and landscapes. Furthermore, it penetrates the city and industrial area, stitching the two together.
