Kismet Park Community Carols & Christmas Picnic Friday 6th Dec. Thank you to all those families who have indicated they will be joining us for our Christmas Picnic between 5.30-7pm tomorrow evening. If you haven’t re- turned your RSVP just call the office on 9744 4566 and let us know you are com- ing– the more the merrier! At 7.00- 7.45pm we’ll gather in the Gym for our students to sit together & perform their Year Level carols and adults to watch theses performances by sitting in the seats provided at the back of the Gym. The weather forecast looks great so we look forward to getting together on the school oval to socialise and celebrate Christmas. There will of course be a spe- cial guest making an appearance to spread the Christmas cheer. Please bring along a rug and picnic dinner to share with your family. We look forward to seeing you there! Dear Parents, Staff and Students, Today we had a wonderful Meet Your Buddy session where future Year 6 students meet with their 2014 Little Buddies for a session full of fun ac- tivities. Our Little Buddies each re- ceived a Buddy Placemat from their Big Buddy which displays a photo and the names of each pair as a me- mento and reminder that someone is there for them next year to provide support, guidance and a friendly face. We would like to thank our student leaders who have performed their important roles so diligently through- out the year. Students currently in years 2 to 5 are now in the process nominating for 2014 Student Leader- ship positions including School Cap- tains, Junior School Councillors and House Captains. Our 2014 Student Leaders will be announced at our final assembly on Friday 20th De- cember. Just a reminder to parents that Kismet is involved in the Hume

Community Christmas Carols by Candlelight on the Village Green on

Saturday 14th December Our Band and Choir are performing two

songs As yet the program is not finalised so we do not know exactly

when we are performing other than we are later in the evening The event starts at 730 pm

and is planned to be finished around 900 pm Permission envelopes need to be returned if

your child is available to participate in the Band or Choir Parents must be there on the

evening and supervise their children- details will follow when they are available See Mr

Schumann if you have any questions

outside this area Delivery vans also use this space and if you are parked in for a ldquoquick pick uprdquo you may be

trapped in until the delivery has been finalised
