KLOUT PERKS CLIENT CHECKLIST Below are the items we will need to successfully build your campaign.
Scroll through the rest of the deck to see where these items live within the user experience.
! Images (please send in hi-res) • Banner: 680 x 280 image of Perk (Minimal wording is
recommended) • Logo: 200 x 200 brand logo
! Description of the Perk • 140 characters max with spaces and special characters
! Campaign Headline • 45 characters max with spaces and special characters (This
will appear at the top of every modal through out the flow)
! URL link for Twitter Viral • Do you want to link a specific URL to the canned Twitter
virals?
! Campaign Hashtag • We recommend choosing something that is short, easy to
remember and unique to the Klout campaign. Your Account Manager can help with this.
! Description of the Brand • 140 characters max with spaces and special characters (Similar to
a Twitter bio). This copy is only used internally at the moment. ! Links to Brand’s:
• Website • Twitter (must be registered on Klout) • Facebook Fan Page (must be registered on Klout) • Instagram • G+
! Campaign Goals • What are the goals of the campaign? This will help your Account
Manager customize the campaign to best fit your needs. • I.e. Are you looking to drive influencers to you Twitter and
Facebook pages? ! Event Details
• Time and date of event(s) • Exact location of event(s) • Other important details influencers need to know for event
day
PERK INVITE Targeted influencers will receive an email invite, a notification, and will live under My Perks on Klout.com/Perks.

PART ONE: LET’S GET STARTED Users will be welcomed to the Perk with a large image and short description of what they get.
The information button (i) is available to view a more in-depth description of the Perk.

OBJECTIVES Influencers must complete objectives in order to claim the Perk.
Once complete, they can move on to the next step in the user experience.
SHARE ABOUT THE PERK We will encourage users to share about the Perk on Twitter and Facebook, while reminding them to use the hashtag.
Twitter viral: 120 characters or less. We can direct to any URL is this first tweet.
Facebook button will direct influencers to their FB page, so they can create authentic
content on the campaign.
PERK IS CLAIMED We will now provide the user with all the important details they should know in the user experience and via email.
What should influencers know? Think of what you
would want to know if you were
attending this event. Are there
parking instructions? Is
there a designated meeting spot for the influencers?
Etc.
PART TWO: COLLECTING FEEDBACK Once the Perk experience is complete, we will follow up via email and on Klout.com to collect feedback.
RATE THE PERK Users can rate the Perk from 1-5 stars, leave a review, upload a picture, then share on Twitter
SHARE FINAL THOUGHTS We will encourage users to share final thoughts on their Perk experience.
