Job purpose

Responsible for repairing & maintenance of all facility and equipment related except Electrical in Factory (Mechanical Background)

Duties and responsibilities

1. Repair & maintenance of all facility and equipment related except Electrical in Factory2. In the case of trouble, take fast action to do proper trouble shooting3. Must have basic knowledge of safety work procedure to handle machinery4. Have ability to make out Specification for Quotation, and evaluate the quotation5. In case of trouble occurred on production facility, find out failure factor and carry out checking, repair & adjustment

and investigate the root cause, take a preventive counter measure for it.6. Implement periodical check of production facility to maintain stable production.7. Implement planning maintenance of production facility to maintain stable production.8. Implement improvement activity to production facility to upgrading of productivity & safety.9. Carry out the facility maintenance by yourself or by suing sub-contractor, to fit into its schedule.10. Managing stock control of spare parts & tools, if the needs arise, prepare for it11. Obtain knowledge & skill of the facility maintenance, and handle the trouble situation12. In case of appoint sub-contractor for maintenance work, prepare necessary arrangement (documentation, meeting

etc.)13. Implementing daily checking & periodical checking to all utility facility in factory to maintained stable operation.14. Well understand about structure of compressor and air-conditioning.15. Manage the ducting and piping work of the project of instalment, relocation, modification or removal of production

facility. 16. Manage the utility related work of the project of new building construction, renovation or demolition17. Record & report of checking activity (daily/periodically), trouble shooting and improvement activity.18. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications and requirement

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic or any engineering field related to Maintenance from recognize College or University. (Any additional certificate related to Mechanical & Electronic is an advantage)

2. Maximum 10 years of working experiences in Electrical and Maintenance.3. Preferred age: 30th and below 4. ISO knowledgeable preferred.5. Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize and manage workloads with multiple

priorities.6. Good communication skills.7. Good interpersonal and leadership skills.8. Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English.  Knowledge on Japanese language is an advantage.9. Required skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)10. Skills to prioritize workload with minimal direction.11. Must have a knowledge of man power (necessary number, price/costing) and spare parts, based on practical

experience.12. Have skill of Auto CAD13. Have basic knowledge of both air & hydraulic pressure machine. (Lubrication/Grease) and have ability of skill of

create drawing.14. Have practical/hand on in maintenance experience of air pressure & hydraulic pressure.15. Have ability to make out Specification for Quotation, and evaluate the quotation16. Have design skill of ducting, piping and parts. And have some connection to reliable company who are able to handle
