General Instructions

1. The college and course of study will be allotted as per rank, communal and other reservations and / orthe availability of seats during counselling, The candidate is directed to attend the counselling on thedate and time indicated above at his/her own cost, with all original certificates.

2. lf a candidate has deposited all the original certificates in an institution where he/she has already been

admitted, a bonafide certificate from the Head of the lnstitution should be broughtto that effect,ln such

cases only, attested copies of certificates will be accepted.Such candidates are adviced not to get theTransfer Certificate from that institution before getting allotment. However,Original allotment order willbe withheld till all the original certificates are produced for verification,

3. Selection of the college and course of study is the sole responsibility of the candidate, Choice oncemade is final and cannot be changed,

4, lf the candidate does not report for admission as per the allotment order, he/she has to forfeit the seatallotted and cannot claim the seat later.
