CNT/Aramid

Carbon Nano Tube(CNT) is tube shaped material composed of 6 carbon as hexagonal type and shows excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity & mechanical strength etc.

Aramid(Aromatic polyamide) is one of fiber(textile) synthesized by aromatic polyamide of which two amide functional (–CONH-)is directly link to aromatic ring and has very light weight, good cold resistance, anti chemical resistance & good mechanical strength.

Porous/ Bubble

This material is an innovative light weighting product, which is able to achieve effect of weight reduction, improvement of NVH(Noise, Vibration & Harshness) performance. This technology can be used to GF, MF reinforced polyamide, polypropylene product through the addition of lots of porous mineral filler, specified inorganic foaming agent.

■ Benefit : Improvement of molding-ability, surface aspect Fuel efficiency improvement by weight reduction Noise insulation enhancement by porous structureThis product is very good molding processibility, low density lightweight product, which is composed of glass bubble to mineral filler reinforced polypropylene material.
