She uses the Korean illustration technique called manhwa (the Korean equivalent of the Japanese manga), giving them an easily-recognizable East Asian feel reminiscent of the ancient artworks of her country. Wu dressed our beloved characters in traditional hanboks and put them in unique, delicately-detailed settings, flaunting the ancient Korean culture and aesthetic beautifully.
