A special high-gloss solvent-based paint forinterior and exterior use. It can be applieddirectly to rusty surfaces without requiringminium or an anti-rust metal primer. Thanks tothe special innovative composition of its resinsand pigments, it inactivates rust and protectsmetal surfaces from corrosion caused byhumidity, ultraviolet radiation and adverseweather conditions. Resistant to yellowing, itgives a smooth gloss finish. It retains its glossand colour over a long period. For effectiverust protection, the final dry film thicknessmust be more than 110m, so at least twocoats of paint are required..

Metal 3in1Surface Preparation & Application

To ensure proper adhesion, the surface must bedry, clean and free of dust, fat, grease, salt,loose paint / rust, scale / patina, etc.

Any preliminary work on painted surfaces in theform of fine sanding, flame cleaning, etc. mayproduce dangerous dust or spray mist. Work ina well ventilated area. Do not fail to useappropriate personal protective equipment.

Filling / patching primed iron surfaces: Theacrylic putty KRAFT SPACHTEL isrecommended.

On rusty metal surfaces: First, remove anyloose rust or paint with a wire brush, clean andapply 2-3 coats of KRAFT METAL 3 in 1 SMOOTH GLOSS.

On galvanised, zinc, aluminium, bronze,chrome or copper surfaces: fine sanding ofpatina, 1 coat of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER

AQUA, and after 12 hours 2 coats of KRAFTMETAL 3 in 1 SMOOTH GLOSS

To ensure maximum rust protection in coastalor northern areas, it is recommended to apply 2coats of KRAFT RUST BLOCKER AQUA first.

Paint Application Instructions

Tools: paintbrush or roller (Ripolin), air orairless spray gun

Cleaning: Immediately after use, clean toolsand any paint residues with KRAFT BrushThinner.

Thinning:Paintbrush or roller: up to 10% by volume

with KRAFT Brush Thinner

Air spray gun: up to 13% by volume with

KRAFT Nitro Thinner 1100

Airless spray gun: up to 5% by volume with

KRAFT Nitro Thinner 1100

Dry to touch: 4-6 hours

Dry to recoat, minimum: 24 hours

Stir well before use and during application.

Do not apply at temperatures below 5C andabove 35C as well as at relative humidity levels

above 65%.

eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water andseek medical advice. In case of ingestion, seekmedical advice immediately and show containeror label. Toxic to aquatic organisms. It maycause long-term adverse effects in the aquaticenvironment. Do not empty remaining contentsinto drains or other water sources. Disposal ofmaterials must be carried out responsibly and inaccordance with applicable legislation. Formore information, please refer to the MaterialSafety Data Sheet for this product.

Storage

Store product at temperatures between 5C and35C and at a humidity rate < 50%.
