Install and configure aphone to synchronise your appointments from your phone.

Many people buy mobile

phones just to make phone

calls, send and receive e-

mail and text messages.

However you can do more

by synchronizing your 

mobile phones to your PCs.

By synchronizing your 

phone with your PC you will

find the best way to transfer 

information, settings and

files. You can keep all your 

information up to date, you

can use it at home and at

work.

We're all overbooked. If you've entered an

appointment or meeting into your PC and

haven't synchronized with your phone, you

could miss the appointment. If you’re

scheduling appointments away from home

on your phone and your phone's not

synchronized with the up-to-date schedule

on your computer, you may miss the

appointment and have to call to

reschedule. Often, you have to pay for 

those missed appointments plus you go

through the hassle of rescheduling. You're

trying to save time, not limit it. Therefore,

in this booklet I will show you how to

synchronize your appointment from

Samsung Tocco Ultra to your PC.

To synchronize your phone with

your PC to need to install the

appropriate software into your 

computer before connecting

your phone. Most phones come

with a CD which you can use to

install the software into your 

computer.

Follow the step by step guide

Step 1: Put the disc which

comes with your phone into

your computer and it will

install all the files needed to

make it work properly. 

Step 2: Once the icon for the disc appears on your desktop, double click theicon and follow the prompts.Once the software finishesinstalling you will most likelybe asked to re-start the

computer, go ahead and dothis. 

Step 3: Now get your phone andselect on the PC Studio.

Step 4: When your computer restarts, plug the cable into thecomputer and into your phone.

Step 5: once your phone areconnected the PC Studio will starton the pc screen. Double click on

synchronize.

Step 6: select organizer to

synchronize your 

appointment and it will

automatically go to your 

calendar.

Step 7: select organizer to

synchronize your appointment

and it will automatically go to

your calendar.

Step 8: Now if you want to add

any appointment to your 

calendar you just need to

select the date and write your 

appointment.

Step 9: To view all your 

appointment from phone on the

computer click Overall.

Step 10: Now click sync to

synchronize all your appointments

so that you never missed or over 

schedule yourself.

Step 11: On your phone screen

you will be told that your phone is

being synchronized and you do

not want to disconnect your phone

until it is done being synchronized.

Step 12: Once your phone has

finished synchronizing you can

disconnect your phone from the

laptop and cable. Double check

your phone to make sure the

information is there
