IMPORTANT: As it is shown in the image, there are two upload options. You must upload each document in the corresponding category, otherwise, THE SYSTEM WILL NOT RECOGNIZE that your documents are in the system and therefore they WILL NOT BE APPROVED.

Where should I upload them?

Proof of ID Any form of valid, government-issued

ID document

• A Driver’s license

• A Passport

• Or a National ID Card

• Any kind of Utility bill: Gas, electricity, water, phone bill, etc.

• A vehicle registration (issued within 6 months)

• A stamped and signed Bank statement

What documents should I upload?

You will need to upload one of each kind: 1) a proof of ID to verify your Identity 2) a proof of address to verify your current address. The only acceptable documents are:

NOTE: the Proof of Address and the Proof of ID must be uploaded in two different / separate files.

Proof of Address A document that is not older than 6 months, issued in your name and to

your address.

Proof of ID

The Proof of ID needs to reflect *Your full name *Your date of birth *An Expiration date < < The ID must be a valid, government-issued form of ID, meaning issued by the country of your Nationality/Country>> IMPORTANT: *No electronic documents are accepted. *No black and white copies of documents are accepted. *The original document must be color photographed or color scanned. *If any information is on the back part, you need to additionally upload the back.

Proof of Address

The Proof of Address needs to reflect *Your Full name *The Address as registered for your account *The issue date, not older than 6 months IMPORTANT: *NO electronic documents, NO handwritten documents, NO screen shots, NO envelopes. * The document must have been phsically mailed to you. * If you alternatively upload a printed bank statement, then it needs to be signed and stamped. * If you alternatively upload a vehicle registration, then it must be issued within the last 6 months.

Proof of Company Registration

Acceptable business forms for company registrations need to be a separate legal entity from a private individual. For example, in the U.S. and Canada these types of businesses are usually: Limited Liability Companies (LLC), Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP), Incorporated (Inc. or Co.), etc. For the purposes of Karatbars International, a company is NOT a sole proprietorship or the DBA/Trade Name of an individual. We need the regular Proof of ID and Proof of Address and additionally: - The Filed Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, etc. (completed documents submitted to a State or Government). A Company submitted to Karatbars for approval MUST be in “Good standing”. - Evidence that the individual submitting the documents is authorized to contract and transact business on behalf of the Company. -The tax number document, like the EIN, the VAT, etc.
