L-027-002Sound Transit's primary mission is to provide high-capacity transit (HCT)service connecting regional centers using rail and bus modes. (See theprinciples, goals, and objectives listed in Table 2-1 in Section 2.3 of theSEIS.)  Sound Transit looks to and works with local jurisdictions andother partner transit agencies for provision of local services and facilitiesthat support use of Sound Transit's regional HCT services, as would bethe case for transit circulators and pedestrian connections supportingTacoma Link.
