LALANG-GARRAM / CAMDEN SOUND MARINE PARK (ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES) ORDER 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 13(1) and (4) of the Act.

1. Citation

This is the Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park (Alteration of Boundaries) Order 2017.

2. Commencement

This notice comes into operation on the day in which it is published in the Government Gazette.

3. Inclusion of additional waters in Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park

The boundaries of the Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park are altered to include additional waters so that the Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park comprises the part of Western Australian waters described in Schedule 1.

4. Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park reserved and classified

(1) The area described in Schedule 1 is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the Lalang-garram / Camden Sound Marine Park, and classified as Class A.

(2) The area described in Schedule 1 is shown on Deposited Plan No. DP409992, held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority trading as Landgate.

(3) A copy of Deposited Plan No. DP409992 may be inspected during office hours at the Department of Parks and Wildlife offices at—

(a) 111 Herbert Street, Broome;

(b) 17 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington.

The boundaries of the Lalang-garram / Horizontal Falls Marine Park are altered to include additional waters so that the Lalang-garram / Horizontal Falls Marine Park comprises the part of Western Australian waters described in Schedule 1.

This is the North Lalang-garram Marine Park (Alteration of Boundaries) Order 2016.

2. Commencement

This notice comes into operation on the day in which it is published in the Government Gazette.

3. Inclusion of additional waters in North Lalang-garram Marine Park

The boundaries of the North Lalang-garram Marine Park are altered to include additional waters so that the North Lalang-garram Marine Park comprises the part of Western Australian waters described in Schedule 1.

4. North Lalang-garram Marine Park reserved and classified

(1) The area described in Schedule 1 is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the North Lalang-garram Marine Park, and classified as Class A.

(2) The area described in Schedule 1 is shown on Deposited Plan No. DP408970, held by the Western Australian Land Information Authority trading as Landgate.

(3) A copy of Deposited Plan No. DP408970 may be inspected during office hours at the Department of Parks and Wildlife offices at—
