Créée en 1963, avec un statut d’école d’ingénieurs, cette Ecole remplit, depuis son origine, la mission particulière de former les enseignants pour quelque 200 établissements d’enseignement technique agricole public du territoire national. Elle a su accompagner par la recherche, l’expertise et la mobilisation de ses équipes, les évolutions et l’innovation de ce système d’enseignement technique.
Son statut d’école d’enseignement supérieur lui permet également de proposer des formations de niveau Licence, Master et Doctorat dans les champs scientifi ques correspondent aux thématiques de recherche développées par ses équipes.

L’ENFA est un des établissements publics d’enseignement supérieur et de rechercherelevant du Ministère en charge de l’Agriculture.
Elle est membre du Pôle de Recherche et d’Enseignement Supérieur (PRES) “Université de Toulouse”.

Welcome to the Ecole Nationale de Formation Agronomique, the green heart
of agricultural training!The institute was created in 1963 with the status of an
engineering university. Since it was founded, the institute has fulfi lled its specifi c role of training teachers for around
200 State agricultural technical training establishments on French territory. It has kept up to date with the
developments and innovation in its technical training system through research, expertise and the mobilisation
of its teams.
Its status as a higher education institute also allows it to propose training courses for bachelor’s, master’s, and
doctorate degrees in the scientifi c areas that correspond to the fi elds of research developed by its teams.
Choosing ENFA means giving yourself every chance to:• prepare for and enter a constantly developing profession
involving communication, which reaches out to society and young people: that of teaching;
• acquire new skills and do a fulfi lling job by becoming a professional in the areas of agriculture, the environment,

ENFA Management
ENFA is one of the higher public establishments for training and research that comes under the Ministry of Agriculture.
It is a member of the “University of Toulouse” higher education research group (PRES).

Becoming a TEACHERin State agricultural training establishments
ENFA has a national assignment to train all teachers recruited by the Ministry of Agriculture after a competitive examination, to work in the
state’s agricultural technical training establishments.
This professional training is aimed at teachers in all subjects: general, technological and professional training in the areas covered by the
Ministry of Agriculture.
Preparing a MASTER’s degree“Professions in training and education”
In the context of the reform covering teacher recruitment and training, ENFA proposes Master 1 and Master 2 degrees covering
“Teaching, Training and Leadership for agricultural training and rural development” (EnFA)*.
This course is specifi cally adapted to prepare for the Ministry of Agriculture’s competitive examinations, and is designed to prepare for
the teaching professions in agricultural training establishments in rural areas.

Devenir ENSEIGNANTdans l’enseignement agricole publicL’ENFA a une mission nationale de formation de tous les enseignants recrutés sur concours par le Ministère en charge de l’Agriculture pour exercer dans les établissements d’enseignement techniques agricoles publics.
Cette formation professionnelle s’adresse aux enseignants de toutes les disciplines : enseignement général, enseignement technologique et professionnel dans les champs couverts par le Ministère en charge de l’Agriculture.
Préparer UN MASTER“Métiers de l’enseignement et de l’éducation”Dans le cadre de la réforme du recrutement et de la formation des enseignants, l’ENFA propose un Master 1 et 2 “Enseignement, Formation et Animation pour l’enseignement agricole et le développement rural”* (EnFA).
Ce dernier est particulièrement adapté à la préparation des concours du Ministère en charge de l’Agriculture et vise aux métiers de la formation en établissement d’enseignement agricole et en milieu rural.

UN ÉTABLISSEMENT À TAILLE HUMAINEL’identité et l’autonomie fortes de l’établissement et sa petite taille lui confèrent la capacité de décider, d’entreprendre et de mener des projets en partenariat sans lourdeur administrative.
Les équipes enseignantes et de recherche ont montré leur capacité à travailler en réseau, à élaborer et à gérer des projets avec des équipes européennes ou internationales, à répondre à des appels d’offres importants et sont aujourd’hui des partenaires recherchés.
UNE TRADITION D’ACCUEILL’ENFA accueille des publics divers par leur origine géographique, leur discipline et leur expérience antérieure dans ses formations ainsi que ses laboratoires. Elle essaie de leur assurer les meilleures conditions d’étude ou de recherche sur un campus agréable, à proximité de Toulouse, grande métropole régionale, connue pour sa convivialité et sa vie trépidante.
DES INFRASTRUCTURES ADAPTÉESSituée sur un campus arboré de 14 hectares, dans le sud-est toulousain, l’école dispose de 150 chambres individuelles, dont 4 aménagées au rez-de-chaussée pour des personnes à mobilité réduite, d’un restaurant, de salles de travail et d’informatique et d’un accès WIFI couvrant plusieurs bâtiments.
Les personnels de l’Ecole et les étudiants ont également à leur disposition un gymnase sans oublier le Cercle, espace de détente et de convivialité.
LE CENTRE DE DOCUMENTATION ET D’INFORMATIONIl offre 800 m2 d’espaces où est rassemblée une importante collection d’ouvrages et de périodiques :
• 30 000 ouvrages documentaires

Well-adapted infrastructuresLocated on a wooded campus of 14 hectares south-west of Toulouse,
the school has 150 individual rooms, including 4 with wheelchair access, a restaurant, work rooms, computer rooms, and Wifi access
covering several buildings.The school staff and students also have access to a gymnasium, as
well as “Le Cercle”, a friendly relaxation area.

There is an area of 800 m2 where a large collection of books and magazines can be found:
