• A Coruña is located in the northwest of Spain, there are around 245.000 people living here, that isn’t too much. This city is growing in the aspect of the sector of the industry. This city has got very bad weather and it’s always raining.

KNOWING OUR PLACE• The galleries are modernizing in the aspect of the material that

are used. And form that it has now because we’re leaving the classic galleries from the past that were very big coming into the street. The balconies are made of glass now that make the aspect more attractive from the outside, and the windows are now bigger because of being able to use more glass. Using granite plates and slate because of the weather that is very cold and we need materials that isolate from the bad temperatures.

• Usage of the steel material to avoid moistures in the facades of the buildings. The frontages are sometimes made of tinted windows as innovation that is used in the most modern buildings. The height of the buildings is now higher, but in some urbanizations the buildings follow a pattern in which the height of the buildings are predetermined.

flat has got views to the beach. The design of this flat is particularly made for a disabled person, the kitchen is combined with the dining room because of the comfort of the person. The bedroom is connected with the bathroom and the hallway. The disabled person can entry to all of the stays by the hallway
