(Times Higher Education)

• 2 x ‘workshop weeks’
• 2 x portafolios
• 2 x ’examenes’ ‘viva voces’
‘three core assumptions of skilful teaching’
• Skilful teaching is whatever helps students learn
• Skillful teachers adopt a critically reflective stance towards their practice
• ..teachers need… a constant awareness of how students are experiencing their learning and perceiving teachers’ actions. (Brookfield 2005 p.17)

Brookfield (1995)cita 4 lentes o perspectivas:
1. Las experiencias autobiográficas 1.autobiographical experiences of teaching and learning
2. Los ojos de los estudiantes 2. learners' eyes
3. Los ojos de nuestros colegas profesores 3.our colleagues' eyes
4. La literatura crítica 4.the critical literature

¿Qué tiene que ver la evaluación?
03/10/2017 © The University of Sheffield
12
o sepan hacer?
¿Cómo ayudo a los estudiantes a
lograrlo?
¿Cómo sabré si lo han logrado?
Objetivos de enseñanza Learning Objectives
Alineamiento Constructivo Constructive Alignment
Actividad

•Bajo riesgo •Alto riesgo

¿Funciona?
• La reflexión crítica es lo más importante • ‘in my experience when we begin working with
academics, it is possible to tell which have been through or who are going through CiLT. They tend to speak very knowledgeably about pedagogy, think in a more student centred way and be much more aware of the variety of issues and support services that they are able to access. ¿ Aprobar o no aprobar?

UK Update
• Cambios al PGCert de Sheffield
• TEF ‘Teaching Excellence Framework’
• Apprenticehips Levy
• Move to de-couple qualifications and accreditation
