The Alpha Compact Wipe-On Label ApplicatorIf you are looking for a reliable, economical labeling system that is easy to set up and

simple to maintain, then check out the Alpha Compact. The Alpha Compact label applicator automatically unwinds the label supply roll and

peels the labels from their line. Then it wipes the label onto the products, cartons or other packages as they travel past the system on a conveyor line. This system applies labels up to 4.7” wide and 11.8” long at speeds up to 164 feet per minute to a tolerance of ±0.03”.

This versatile unit can be oriented to apply labels to the sides, tops or bottoms of packages. To accommodate various production environments, the Alpha Compact can be specified for right- or left-hand applications.

The Alpha HSM HIgh-Speed Modular Label ApplicatorWeber’s Alpha HSM features high-speed labeling in a modular design for faster labeling

speeds and more flexibility in application. The modules consist of a drive module, a label detection module, a dispensing module, an unwinder module, a rewinder module and an adapter module. These can be assembled according to a customers specifications using our configurator to create just the right label applicator for their product line.

Every packaging line is different, so Weber engineered the modular Alpha HSM so that it can be ordered in ten different versions to fit just about any labeling application. Available in right- or left-hand versions, the Alpha HSM has 5.3” (135mm), 7.8” (200mm), 9.8” (250mm) and 12.6” (320mm) label width versions. The HSM can keep up with line speeds up to 328 feet/minute (100 meters).

With a labeling accuracy of ±0.01”, the Alpha HSM can handle labels as small as 0.39” x 0.39” (10mm x 10mm) and up to 12.5” x 78.7” (320mm x 2000mm) (W x L). Depending on the label width configuration, the HSM can use label rolls up to 19” in diameter on 3” diameter cores.

mobile - perfect for small companies doing small production runs. The ELF-20 can be moved easily, so you can set up exactly where you’d like. It can be positioned on a tabletop or bench, or moved in-line for automatic or semi-automatic applications – a convenience not found with heavier, more elaborate labeling machines.

With advanced sensors, the ELF-20 delivers optimal efficiency. Hand wheels provide simple adjustments, enable quick set-up and easy changeover. When used with the optional feeder attachment, the ELF-20 works well for labeling flat unfilled pouches, flat boxes, cards stock.

The ELF-20 is easy to work on and to adjust, putting everything you need at your fingertips with the removal of just a few screws.

All Pack Leader USA labelers are made of 304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum. This extremely durable metal is specially treated to guard against rusting and other effects from harsher environments.
