CSI Support & Development Services has included Anti-Bullying campaign to it’s policy. The wording will be: “Bullying includes comments or conduct intended to intimidate, humiliate, isolate people in a way that causes physical or emotional distress. This behavior is demoral-izing and counter-productive to our cooperative management system and will not be tolerated in any CSI Support & Development Services’ co-op. Therefore, the following shall apply:

Verbal aggression, including but not limited to, threatening, taunting, harassment, stalking, starting rumors, and hate speech could result in disciplinary action, up to and including eviction.

Physical aggression, including, but not limited to, hitting, kicking, push-ing, choking, and punching shall result in eviction.

As a result, this policy is being added the House Rules for all CSI proper-ties. This action has been taken to avoid some of the problems surfacing in our buildings.

Remember the Golden Rule:

DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.

We are looking to increase our numbers at the Board Meetings held each month.

This is a good way to learn about the business end of the Co-op. See your board members in action and join the meetings.
