Printing health summaries

If you are tracking your colony testing information in LTM, you can see that testing data on summarized reports.

If you are not doing this, but are interested in starting, the process is simple: you provide us with a list of your rooms by

filling out a simple spreadsheet template, which we then upload into LTM so that each sample in your orders can be

associated with a specific room or colony. This ties any results for those samples back to the colonies and from there, you

can pull that out as a health summary.

To get to the health summaries, click the HEALTH REPORTS link from the dashboard.

If you have access to more than one customer account, select the one you want from the Customer drop-down.

Next, select the perspective, or level, at which you want to summarize the health data: Facilities, Locations, or Colonies.

The selected perspective is highlighted in blue. In this example, the Locations perspective is selected.

Next, you can either scroll through the list, or search for the items you want.

Once you find it, select it by clicking in the checkbox to its left (1). You can select more than one, but in this example, only

one location is selected.

Next, click on the report drop-down menu (2) and select the report you want. The most commonly-used health summary is

the Rolling Month Health Report (3), and this is the one selected in this example. Feel free to look at the other choices and

find which will work best for your needs.

The selected report will prompt you to enter how many months back you want to see, as well as give you the option to

enter a comment, which will show up at the very end of the report.

Once you have entered your preferences, click Generate to open the health summary report.

Once the report opens, you can view, print, or save it.
