Water conservation LA OrdinancesHigh Efficiency Plumbing Fixtures Ordinance 180822, effective 12/1/2009 mandating 1.28 GPF WC, 1 pint urinals, 2 gpm shower heads, reduced flow lavatory faucets, 5.5 cycles of concentration for cooling towers, prohibited single pass cooling systems and mandated energy star listed residential dishwashers.
