TERMS & CONDITIONS

Room Reservations

A deposit of £250 per room is required to secure your booking, with the full package

balance required one month prior to arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future booking (taken within six months)

should you cancel this reservation more than eight weeks prior to the arrival date.

We request any subsequent balance of your account is settled on departure.

Unconfirmed bookings may not be held for more than seven days from the date of booking.

Cancellations

If in the unfortunate event you have to cancel your reservation within eight weeks of arrival,

we will charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the package price.

Cancellations within seven days of arrival forfeit 100%.

We would strongly recommend that suitable travel insurance be obtained.

Children’s Rates

Children 11 and under, complimentary bed and breakfast (other meals charged as taken).

Children 12 – 16 inclusive package for £230 each.

*Up to 2 children staying in a family room with their parents.

Up to 2 young adults may share a room of their own, prices are per child for three

nights in a double/twin accommodation.
