Our company’s manufacturing location in Kapfenberg, Austria, has been used for iron and steel production for over 270 years. A second facility located in Brückl, Austria, was first documented in records dating back to 1479. Based on this long manufacturing tradition,

we take serious responsibility for our products, employees and the environment at all our international locations. Hence, one of our major concerns is to improve energy efficiency and, in doing so, to minimise energy consumption over a long period of time with the development of new production technologies. An important goal is to increase energy efficiency and consequently lower energy demand. Consequently, we develop our products to achieve longer product life-cycles and lower weight but simultaneously, increasing their working load capacities and the safety for our customers. We are committed to upholding all relevant energy and environmental standards by setting clearly defined goals and continually improving our performance. To achieve this goal, we use modern manufacturing technologies. An important step is to provide the necessary resources and to include our employees in the process. We are convinced that well-informed and motivated employees can actively participate in environmental conservation.

pewag forstgrip pro is the professional chain of the new forestry chain generation, suitable for extreme use due to asymmetrical arranged spikes and forged parts.

Product descriptionpewag forstgrip pro is the reinforced version of the pewag forstgrip. The innovative square links with asymmetrically welded spikes provide stability and are very resistant to twisting. To strengthen the chain further, the spikes of the forged parts are asymmetrically arranged. This design guarantees an optimal entry angle of the link hitting the ground, preserving the soil, enhancing better traction and providing safety.

The pattern of the chain mesh of the pewag forstgrip pro guaran-tees a smooth ride and maximum tire protection, since pressure on the tire is distributed evenly. The welded rings allow adaption to the wear of the tire with adjustment elements.

The pewag forstgrip product line is the first series of forestry chains made of the special TitanGrip® steel to guarantee a long life span. pewag forstgrip pro is available with or without tensioning chain in the following material diameters:• 10.5 mm (ring 12 mm): Close-meshed and slender chain for

The specially designed ground-protective forged parts allows the use of pewag helt perfekt soft even on normal roads for short distances.

Product description The chain pattern on pewag helt perfekt soft is made of square wire links with welded on wear bars and specially designed forged parts. The square links stabilize the chain and ensure good stability and resistance. pewag helt perfekt soft can also be used on normal roads because both wear bars and the forged parts have a soil-protecting design. Since wear bars and the forged links on pewag helt perfekt soft do not need much space, they can also be used on forestry machines with little space between the bogie wheels.pewag helt perfekt soft is made from durable, fine grained steel that ensures long lifetime. The hexagonal design of the chain pat-tern provides perfect self-cleaning properties.pewag helt perfekt soft is available with or without tensioning chain in the following material diameters:
