SILVER SNEAKERS Low Intensity/Impact A circuit based weight training class to increase muscular strength, flexibility, bone density and fitness. A great class for older adults. SUPER STEP / STEP Med Intensity/Impact Classic freestyle class that combines advanced choreography and dance style moves. A great calorie burning workout. METAFIT High Intensity A 30min class that combines traditional body weight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques. BOX & BIKE Med/High Intensity A 50 minute high intensity HIIT style cardio program that incorporates boxing and freestyle spin exercises to burn calories and increase fitness. YOGA Med Intensity/Impact This class is a method of Hatha Yoga, with a focus on the physical postures and correct alignment to achieve them. (90 minutes in length) RPM / SPIN Med to High Intensity Ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain of hills, flats, mountain peaks, me trials and interval training.
