made and entered into this 30th day of April Eighteen hundred
and
forty five between Lucy Perkins of the County of Dinwiddie and
State of Virginia of the
one part and Ira N. Green of the State of Tennessee and County
of Fayette of the other
part witnesseth that the said Lucy Perkins for and in
consideration of the sum of Two
hundred Dollars to her in hand paid by the said Ira N. Green the
receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath bargained sold granted and confirmed
unto the said Ira N.
Green his heirs and assigns forever all the right title and
claim which the said Lucy
Perkins has in and to a certain tract of land being a part of
the Tract which George
Wyatt formerly lived and now owned and occupied by Alexander
McNeal and bounded
by the land of the said McNeal, R. H. Cotton, B. Dyer and
Thornton's Containing one
hundred and fifty six acres be the same more or less unto the
said Ira N. Green & his
heirs forever To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of
land with all its
appurtenances thereunto belonging and the said Lucy Perkins doth
hereby convey the
said tract or parcel of land to the said Ira N. Green with all
the right title and interest she
has to the said land. In witness whereof the said Lucy Perkins
has hereunto set her
hand and affixed her seal the day and date first above
mentioned.
