LEVER HOUSE

Lever House consisted of 2 luxury brand new 6-bedroom

homes in Chichester. We provided advice at an early stage

by recommending the building contractor and being heavily

involved in the design and specification choices. We also

delivered a bespoke marketing campaign including large

onsite hoarding, digital mailers through rightmove and

prominent advertising in the local paper. The Gross domestic

value of the completed site was over £2.5m and the project

was sold within 3 months of launch.

WHITE HART LANE

A bespoke collection of 8 new homes, all with allocated

parking. This project was re-launched with NEXA and sold

within 3 months. The previous agent instructed on the

project had failed to sell any units, and the project was poorly

marketed. We revised the pricing mix, unit release strategy

and created a targeted marketing campaign to create hype

and build momentum through a social media program, large

onsite banners, digital marketing, professional photography

and a high quality brochure. We also organised the dressing

of two properties. The consequence of this was that we were

able to achieve a higher gross development value across the

project.

LD Middleton Road was a new-home development consisting of two 3-bedroom

high spec properties. Both properties broke the ceiling price of 3-bedroom

semi-detached properties in the Middleton area. Much of the interest was

created through an off-plan marketing campaign which included large onsite

hoardings to ensure we had a list of customers to target ready for completion.

The properties were subsequently sold well over local market value and we

supported both the buyer and developer through our post-handover customer

service to help provide solutions to some early teething issues.

MIDDLETON ROAD

Coronation Road was a development consisting of several refurbished

apartments. NEXA launched the project and sold out almost immediately and

above asking price, well ahead of anticipated sales schedule. The project was

marketed with a mix of professional photography and computer generated

images for soft furnishing. The marketing campaign included an intensive

social media effort, digital marketing and large onsite signage to create local

awareness. Our ‘one agent, one solution’ approach was the key differentiator

on this project with the allocated Client Director being in complete control of

the entire process from organising the open house to block booking viewings,

creating a sense of urgency and hype.

CORONATION ROAD

Having recently sold two properties with Nexa we have preferred dealing with

one agent from beginning to end. Kate went further than most would bother,

even bothering to download the pollen count for one potential purchaser!
