Ground Lease Acquisitions. We purchase ground leases for cell towers, data centers, EV charging stations, solar farms, wind turbines, fiber optic networks and other core and non-core assets.

Sale Lease-Back. We acquire real property-based infrastructure assets under a customized lease arrangement between Landmark Dividend and the former asset owner. We can structure the lease-back in multiple ways to meet the needs of the tenant.

Financing for site upgrades or infrastructure development. We fund projects, including land purchases, to create a purchase/lease-back event upon completion of the projects.

Renewable development. We finance land and other improvements for renewable energy development since land purchases are not covered by investment tax credits.
