Explosion and fire containment define the conceptual basis for this training facility. Atheoretical explosion from the control room radiates heat outward to high-temperaturefacilities and smoke chambers. To the side of the central structure are the classrooms, lecture hall, and changing areas. A helicopter pad also elevations and lowers from the roof, and changing panels create varying environments to train vehicle drivers.
