The area welcomes more than 33 million visitors annually. The San Diego Blue Line trolley has a stop just a short walk from Las Americas Premium Outlets. Vehicle travel at the intersection of I-5 and I-805 is over 140,000 daily. The traffic count on I-5 at the Dairy Mart Road Exit is approximately 70,000 daily. The center is steps away from the busiest border crossing in the world where over 50 million people enter the U.S. annually. The primary purpose for crossing the border from Mexico to the U.S. is to shop (42%). Twenty-four percent of the crossings are people coming to work in San Diego.
LOCATION / DIRECTIONS
The property is located in the southern region of San Diego County, off I-5, the primary north-south corridor on Camino de la Plaza, the last exit before the international border crossing into Mexico.
