Hi cp! Hehe Ill know Tuesday or Wednesday..meh thinks we knew where this was going from the gitgo..I believe this thread tore so many holes into it iwas unrecognizable in the end. It has definitely crossed my mind that JAL is out there somewhere alive and well. One thing for sure that "body" didn't sit in that car and go unnoticed for the time period we have been told. No way.

This could get very interesting if indeed the "Erstwhile 9" really intend to press formal charges and go the distance, and aren't just having Brookman bluff in order to get a settlement out of court. I don't subscribe to PP, so only have the lead in paragraph, but you get the picture. I've got a feeling there is NO WAY they want any kind of courtroom drama to go down on this case, what with discovery and evidence dragging into public record ...and then you've got intimidating names on the courtroom cast list, like HB the Anti-Intel Dragon on one side breathing his special brand of fire, and Brookman the Downey Jr/ Leary Defender on the other end, repping the 9 newly-hatched cousins -then who knows which major criminal defender JE the Naturopath has signed on. Or the other "wealthy business woman" ML. All going after that big JL estate ... all using criminal lawyers to do it.... while still, Coroner Craig's office has yet to give the body a name or a cause of death. Not to mention any of the grieving family or loved ones penning any obituary or memorial. Narcotics division of LAPD has the weapons cache. Searched and seized after the ... cancer death. Homicide has the case that is not a case. Just in case.

I agree Z This is interesting as CNs crew had said they had a plan for the contingency of death which they followed it was said. It would seem to me JAL would have left a will or other written agreement so things could be probated efficiently. I would say further that CNs extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. HB should understand as he attempts to try this by public opinion that his client made this story up and the public burden as it were is on her ..such a written instrument would at least if not legally compelling on the signed parties show the decedents state of mind.and even bolster CNs case...at the time prepared..HB shows nothing...the six parties parachuting out of nowhere show nothing..zilch. It certainly behooves them to stay the hell out of court..imo..all we see is a pattern of concealing names and changed more frequently than underwear. By the way..I was so sad at seeing Joseph Jerry Lashs Obit and only one signature..on the LA times. I can cry a river at times..well.. I sprung for the 19.99..to reopen his guest book and see who had signed and give everyone an opportunity to go sign the guestbbook so this old great american was not forgotten. I was saddened not to even see JLs signature..or mention of any other family except Shirley . There is more. I can't verify this yet, but it appears that our coroner, CH, has..... suddenly retired. And is on a European vacation celebrating that

retirement. Per someone claiming to be his friend on this mssg board discussing an unrelated case. No other confirmation of that however. http://mydeathspace.com/vb/showthrea...-in-a-pool-COD So I went to the Coroner's site to try to find an update and kept inputting JL's name and date of death date of discovery of body etc with no results. Turns out .... the Medical Examiner's office accidentally misspelled his name. Oops. It became Jeffery as opposed to Jeffrey. And I found the document. The case has been closed BUT the "cause of death" is what they term "Deferred" - which they say means it is pending further investigation. And the decision to perform a Toxicology test was made prior to deciding on cause of death -(not always the case, it's a call made by the Deputy Medical Examiner the site says)- the results of that are still "Pending" ... They say the body is ...um, ready for pickup - but it seems no one has gone to get him? Not sure exactly how or who could do this since the site says

The release may be signed by the legal next-of-kin authorized by law to direct disposition of the remains; this person sometimes differs from persons authorized to handle other aspects of the decedent's affairs.

Legal next of kin might be a stickler. Enter the 9 cousins. NINE. And re all his stuff.... and that's a haul of stuff - ask the cousins who seem to be seriously staking claim to it..... Here is what the site says about possession and how it works with LE in the picture. In the non-criminal crime case.

Sometimes, personal possessions are taken into custody by law enforcement agencies. You will need to contact those agencies to recover personal possessions in their custody.

And sometimes ...the house is broken into and 1500 guns, 6.5 tons of ammo, a bucket full of machetes, plastique explosives, palm pilots and $230,000 in cash are taken into custody... and you end up with 9 interloping cousins, 3 lost lovers and a courtroom full of celeb criminal attorneys coming out of the woodwork.

I am dying laughing that was awsome Z!!! those other wives..will have to establish they put themselves out to the world as mr and mrs lash..under commonlaw here in sc anyway. two people sharing bills dont cut it..gifts is all they can show.unless they had kids..and CN always passed off as a fiance....shows she did not consider herself married..just a promise.. when kids die things are passed up the chain..I wonder if shirley can get a slice as it would have gone to her husband if he were alive..that would be hilarious..say not one mention of DNA in all of this.

At least we know they have finally officially declared it to be JL in any case. And not Skinny Bob Smith. Or John Doe. Or Steve Green. I presume the good dentist's evidence played a role in that. Progress! And how quiet has he been - the elusive DDS? Maybe he's lawyering up too. Are there any name criminal lawyers not on the case yet? Is Gerry Spence still practicing? Mark Geragos? One of the grieving widows is bound to nab Gloria Allred. Hopefully one of the 9 cousins will step up and give the guy a proper burial or something. I don't think we will be seeing anything of DMVB again, in her former incarnation anyways. She may be getting some new identity - or ....a makeover! And CN has no identity so she doesn't need to change a hair. I don't believe the death from cancer story. It strains my credulity cells too much. One can order the coroner's report at the medical examiner's website for a fee but it's best to wait for the toxicology report to be done. And CH picked a fine time to retire...

I imagine CN probably had some good training over the years on how to lose a tail. They picked the trip with the least chances of being found. What were they running from? 12 days of brainstorming (or debriefing) later - they had a story. Not a great story, but it was something to tell an attorney and CN was the obvious choice to go back and do the telling. Off camera. While DMVB wrote cryptic letters to her parents. And vanished. This case is like baklava. Kind of a mess. So many sticky flakey gooey layers, but really delicious.

I did not intend to insinuate this was somehow wasting time of mine. I've just been making charts and searching for weeks deciding on whether or not to post my thoughts about this story. I check this daily for the last several weeks. Just needed to know if it was still an open case in the eyes of this community.

I appreciate the lengthy response though im afraid you lost me on why you were linking me to the art of deception? Was that supposed to be the reason you dont see the necessity in considering the possibility that there is an actual alien element to the story? I am a logical analytical and critical thinker...its usually takes quite a bit to convince me to believe things. Which is what drew me to the story. Hello all. This is my first post ever on a forum, and I joined because of this case. I have spent all my free time catching up, beginning with the original post on this thread. I didn't feel I had anything worthwhile or new to share until now. First, what's really bothering me is DV. She seems to be the weakest link, if you will, compared to all the others. Where is she?? I have spent hours on social media, google, anything I could find, hoping for new information. I have read and reread the letter they are claiming she wrote to LV and fam, I've done court record searches for counties in OR state...her lack of communication really bothers me. Yes, she had some unlawful run ins in her time, and her whole adopted people seem weird, but it seems like before the Nebron/Lash in person intro, she was a fairly steady mother, wife, family member. So something big had to have happened for her to do this total about face. Also, there are quite a few articles that came out after LV gave the interview with earth files, saying that while DV hasn't contacted anyone in any way, she did speak to People magazine about JAL. They write that she told People she met JAL twice to do reiki, had never seen anyone so ill and still alive, was told they were all being watched and she refused to go back because of how strange he was. Then, and every article that cites this "People interview" says exactly, "strangely enough, DV made no mention of being with CN or JAL at the Bristol Farms when he got ill and passed away." So either I'm missing something huge, or all of these articles are incorrectly citing this interview (which I have never seen, and I'm a big reader of People mag) because what they are attributing to DV having said is what LV said in her big interview. Or am I completely wrong?? And how are so many articles not seeing this glaring mistake? Which of course is, I'd bet, just another distraction. Lastly, I've been trying to find the circumstances that led to the adoption of DV. It's just a very strange situation with those V family members. What I have found so far are DVs birth father, sister, and one cousin. I'm hoping that tugging on this line will give some answers. Thanks for having a place I can throw ideas out there. You have all taught me a lot with this case, so it feels nice to contribute!!

You may have missed the dawnV letter sent to Laura..I posted and a very astute member pointed it was sent from sacramento on july 15 rcvd 16 of July by Laura..so we know she was not in Oregon..though the VBs may have solid connections in Oregon. The behavior I see is almost like that of Communes where polygamy is allowed and and you have controlling wives for the new recruits. Thank you, that is very interesting. I attempted to pull on the researchers thread but was coming up empty. I did read the DV letter when it was originally posted. From what I know of ir, there is only one woman's "vacation camp" in CA. I have had the misfortune of receiving letters from a camper there and regardless of where in the state the letter goes, the post mark is Fresno. I say that because I was wondering if there was a sister...or cousin...camp not known about where she could be staying. I'm still baffled by the People magazine article. People is one of my guilty pleasureS and I never came across a mention of JAL, CN, or DV...in print or online. Seems like they didn't expect anyone to notice that LV stated those things rather than DV. Also, the V family does have ties in OR. In fact there is another DMV with a "Birdsong" attached. I found that odd. It is not a common name IMO...at least not that common. This evening I'm going to continue my dig in the bio family. I feel that there may be a clue there. I'm unsure why I feel that way, but we'll see what that research brings. Lastly, I'm running into a giant wall on the Jefferson County KY website. Listed as DMC, her married name, there are 2 cases and they look serious. I'm just hitting a wall looking at the details of the case.

I have a nagging feeling that DMVB isn't alive. Don't know why, but it is nagging me. You folks crack me up. The vacuum. Use a Dyson and no worry about changing the bags...plus great suction. HA. The lead on the adoption certificate is interesting. When I get a chance I will do some deep dives on that one. One more thing Miss Goodcat, I don't trust MSM. There was a kidnap/murder case very close to me and I had some insider info. The reporting was awful. Not saying you didn't already know that. It is discouraging to see conflicting accounts in MSM.

Hi BM I agree too..Sayyyy..Those Batman comic books..in fact DCs entire lineup and content make more sense than this story....I liked The DC comics ..Bizarro Superman was so crazy I liked him too..Green Lantern was my favorite. And JLA remember Justice league of America? whoot! But I digress.. If it were possible..I would love for Marvel to step in and redo this case for us..They were ahead of their Time with Fantastic four.. Thinking of movie potential ..We had Escape from NY , Escape from LA, maybe we can go 3 for 3 with Escape from Palisades! residents wake up one morning to go to work..(Do people really work as we know it in Palisades?) As their garage doors open up..reptilian aliens swarm out ...shooting up the place with stolen human weapons..

Excellent idea!! My only suggestion would be to add in hints of Natural Born Killers. Also, This "story" has the hallmarks of Quinten Tarantino. It reads like a plot to one of his movies.

Stellar! I loved that Pulp Fiction...If they had added that stuff to Plan 9 from Outer Space ..with the Zombies and Vampires..it could have ranked right up there with Spartacus, Tarus Bulba, and Goodbye Mr Chips! I really think we can make one of these ourselves..Think back to what CN wrote on her mattress..If he can I can..if he can I can..perhaps one of the most poignant lines in all of this..I say Yes we Can! I know I know..it was a little bit too ambitious ..I tossed the idea around for crowd funding but not being as financially savvy as Catherine was with her money and trusts, and potential IRS problems always around the corner lurking to see who is making money by tracking your purchases , something Jeff was not afraid of, neither the State of California, of course as it got all those registration fees and vehicle taxes..well..I certainly could not fathom the scrutiny. So as hospitable as LA is to movie making..I will have to bow out..maybe..maybe.. by golly.stop bow out..thats it!! (ya know..sometimes I think I am a product of genetic enhancement truth be told) A theater group of sleuthing thespians..come on sleuthers you know you have a little bit of Hamlet in you..come out come out..I can see you.... This might just be the ticket! Gawd only knows how theater therapy might have helped CN and Dawn..throw in her mum too..after all they did was masseus therapy and go to dentists..look at them now..especially now after this traumatic experience..but how about one for us? I agree, I hope that this thread doesn't die out. I am originally from SoCal and apparently share an alma mater with JAL! [USC] -- And, my dad used to be a surgeon on faculty at UCLA Med School. If I were closer I would love to investigate further but as I now live in Bayou Country Louisiana, info of any kind can be difficult to acquire. On a lighter [and /s note] maybe he had 20,000 movies in order to better understand how to act like an earthling? From the restaurant workers it sounds like he was an oddball but maybe that was his best "act" as a human since, you know he was an alien hybrid and messiah......

I am considering starting a small forum dedicated to just this case since it's gotten a bit "out there" let me know if you'd be interested in participating. I just would like to have things laid out in a more organized fashion so we can really get to the meat of this case. I don't want to pull any WS members away at all, I love it here, but for the sake of organization maybe a blog for this case with a small message board would be helpful. I've administrated several in the past and it would be simple to set up. Maybe PM me or post here about it?

I miss him and Declaw too..the positive side of this,,,that valuable talents like you all have wont be wasted chasing ghosts..To me personally..that is very important because of the nature of this website..intended for real serious work. I recall the original thread on DMV the sheer determination to leave no stone unturned..and then..it took a turn to the near comical ..with the Lash affair..yet even then here. we gave him the same benefit of the doubt...we gave it every go possible. I dont think I could have gotten to this point without always going back to Connect Z Dots post..the pix..he examined were so detailed..and telling not only what was in them but what was not..or missing in an all of them..proof of any interest in aliens..the whole premise of Jeffs actions..as a soon to be Alien hunter and not merely a prophet or messiah. Then Nola with here brilliant extra push that helped me get the DA..

At least by my lampooning any possible movie scheduled for release ..those responsible for marketing will think twice..before targeting Web Sleuths again. But as we have seen with the telecasts and radio and LE working together while not cooperating with us with answers..because a Coroner was on vacation..An undisclosed Asst DA next door oblivious to all ..and never disclosed.a fake Adoption certificate from a retired judge.. .answers to common sense questions that would end our spinning of wheels and bogged down peculiar dead ends at least lets me know ..they were all in on it..given what they all gave us to work with..smoke and mirrors. And welcome Bookboarder,,interesting back ground. Im just a rural area small town librarian..near retirement..I enjoy seeing my shelves in order..get uspet when books out of order..and am also a childrens story teller..which has has helped me discern between facts and tall tales and creative yarns..taking liberty with the latter myself.. Well, here is what I pieced together in just a few minutes in the middle of the night. It will obviously take quite a while to get any message board/blog posts organized in a fashion that will be more easily decipherable by all. Sort of how they'll make threads here on the more famous cases. This case has so much depth to it, I think it deserves full investigation and to those like ConnectZDots, SysConfig and ALL who've found out such informative info, I will ensure you're fully credited. I prefer to be behind the scenes so if you feel like you'd want something added or removed, you'll have my full blessing and receive credit where it is due. In the future I can investigate purchasing a domain but at the moment funds are too tight for me. Let me know what you think. I'm still working on it a lot but I've made improvements. If you would like to add things or post to the blogs just send me a message and I'll add you as an author. I also added a shout out to Websleuths and changed the design. It's still a shell right now but I hope it's a decent start. Suggestions and help/input are always welcome. There is also a place for theories and a small [and as yet unformatted message board. http://palisadesmystery.weebly.com/ I hope y'all and dewclaw and ConnectZDots all feel like contributing. I will sign in just as soon as I verify some things..I have been trying to get greater context .since these events do not occur in a vacuum...such as The Leland Yee and the Chinese syndicate case and the effort it took to take them down. I believe I posted the undercover agents statement on the federal warrants issued back in 2014 in a prior post. He was convicted this very last July in fact . Being an UCE or an informant is a very dangerous occupation..and I can only imagine what happens once the case is complete. Yees sentencing is in October. The others involved are still fighting their case. I just reupped on one of those background sites for 2.95 for 5 days. If not careful they will autodebit 19.95 a month..so I have 5 days to play before the hammer falls. What I found is no longer in whoevers name it was before..showing a Kim Simo at ventura something or other. What was noteworthy is the 2007 nitro did have gps ..moving along aimlessly..I thought to myself..what do the French say in all their murder stories..Cherche la Femme! Look for the other woman. Well here it wasn't that hard at all as they all seem to be the other woman ..Michelle and Jocelyn.. SYS, this is as good as the alien lizard pic! Is there a thought that the fake adoption papers have something to do with a child changing their sex identity and then being adopted again? I have no idea what the legalities are concerning gender reassignment, name changes and ones rights as an heir. Maybe something to do with taxes and trusts? They seemed to have been fairly confident in the adoption paper as it was. Concerning the body of Lash, I would be very interested to know if he had any tattoos. For someone to have allegedly controlled people the way he is said to have done, without the use of a formal marriage, then there must be something else going on. The one thing that does seem believable is the threat of violence toward family members. And those threats, along with the secrecy and paranoia, and the guns that he had stored, don't seem surprising. Just the vehicles suggest he had some connections. He was part of something bigger, and HB is probably aware of what it was. One thing about the garages. I cant see why they would have hauled out the items in Lash's home and then tried to go through them in another garage. Wouldn't that have destroyed any possible chain of evidence? Unless they thought nobody was paying attention. Which wouldn't surprise me. Does anyone have a an idea of how many of those guns would have been illegal in CA? Or how many came from Eastern Block countries? One thing I can say about Lash's address is that the area is a destination. Once you hit Palisades or Monte Hermosa, you should have a good reason for being there. Would a private security firm want to hassle vehicles that had LAPD codes? Would LA Sheriffs? Would LAPD? Has anybody investigated the connections to Sacramento? Or whether any of these people had any connections to other odd events? I would think there would be some parole officers living nearby. Or retired Air Force? Something to explain the Guam connection. If HB is trying to hush something up, then there has to be some important people involved or some good money involved.

back a While I saved this on the brook adams research company covering from Whelmas the DAs apartment.. Note the address for Bob Adams,,Rob Adams has a dual purpose same address and phone.. headed by a retired AF guy..rob adams..the first cover is mktng and opinions research centering on seniors The second as an aero space..also plane repairs and painting..Air Transport an eclectic mix..I would say.. They might be the contact point if we speculate..for a gun running op to just about anywhere ..to and from with a respectable cover provided by LE..It was amusing to me and I stopped because the street dead end at the time was the intersection of franklin and Jefferson..go figure..so I assumed my chains were being yanked. After that I dug into the DA connection.. I think the Guam plate was a souveneir from LLanos garage.maybe a real lead...if you look at one of the boxes you see cases handwritten as in old records storage..which I would expect any attorney to have over a period of

I noticed in the above pic of the garage, there are two satellite dishes on the roof. So supposedly there was no electricity to the CN condo. Gotta have electricity to watch TV, unless powered by solar panels and I don't see any of those. Could be those satellite dishes are old and whoever provided them did want them back, after the electricity was discontinued at the condo?? In re-reading some old comments, it was determined the cash found in the CN condo was actually counted in the neighbor's garage. In reviewing pics available, I can see due to multiple boxes and other assorted goods, there would have been the need to move the counting procedure to another area. So the old discussion on the Guam license plate was a dead end, cause it belong to the neighbor, we just didn't know it at the time. In re-reading news articles, it has been stated that JAL lived with Michelle from 1985, until he moved in with CN. It has also been stated that he lived with Jocelyn for 10 years. Unless I am missing something, the dates overlap, and JAL would have to have a clone to be able to live with Jocelyn and CN during the same time period. Good observation on the sat dishes..and I am curious why a wood beam is propping up the garage door and the garage itself doesn't have any lights on unlike that other well lit garage..seems to me too there is no power..and its not a grasping at straws that it never had any when they first got into it..again..the lights were never on . Bad assumption on my part..and we know what happens when we assume ...we make an ass of u and me, (thank you Felix Unger of the Odd Couple for that gem) Well that's not going to happen here. No siree..As part of a survivalist group which Jeff allegedly invited a retired HOA of the Palisades neighborhood, according to an un named neighbor, he would have made every attempt to be as self sufficient as possible. Notwithstanding..he would still need two more things in addition to food and ammo and transportation. Think Blackwater now..Communications and camouflage to blend in with his surroundings. That Sats may have been for two way communications via an Iridium phone, with end to end encryption, very expensive, and which even the NSA loathe their targets using. The draw back is reception is best by literally standing outside ones house or an open window just like we see there! Standard cell phones would be simply out of the question. He may even have Jerry rigged the iridium phone to communicate with his home planet or fellow hybrids . We could be dealing here with a fiendish intelligence hundreds, maybe even thousands of years ahead of our time. We saw how simple it was for an ET back in the 80s to do it. Imagine decades
