Well  established,  RNT  has  been  operating  in  the  shipyard  and  services  industry  in  Las  Palmas,  Spain  for  30  years.  Our  current  facility  portfolio:  

• New  main  workshop  with  21m  roof  height  and  fitted  with  two  32ton  overhead  cranes  • Stand  alone,  customer  offices,  temperature  controlled  storage  and  secure  storage  • Machine  shop  equipped  with  horizontal  borer,  lathes  and  CNC  machine.  Including  on  site  equipment  for  on  location  

jobs.  • Welding  and  fabrication  shop  • General  material  and  consumable  warehouse  which  is  open  24hrs  a  day  • RNT  is  a  Parker  agent  and  we  operate  in  close  cooperation  with    

PARKER  a  fully  stocked  Parker  Store,  with  Excellence  hose  center  fabrication  DNV  approved.    

Complementing  the  above,  our  12,000m²  dedicated  riser  facility  will  break  ground  on  the  1st   June.  Phase  1  being  ready  by  the  10th  July  2015  will  offer  hard  surfaced  secure  area  with  offices  and  welfare  amenities,  water  and  electricity,  temporary  workshop  spaces  and  a  full  array  of  lifting  equipment.  Phase  2  will  follow  and  provide  a  full  world  class  specialised  facility  by  25th  September  2015.

Our  riser  recertification  service  strategy  is  staged  in  order  to  allow  for  the  offer  of  initially  support  services  for  OEM’s  as  has  been  provided  in  the  past  but  will  eventually  culminate  in  OEM  repair  facility  approvals  allowing  us  to  provide  a  complete  service.  

Our  services  are  provided  based  on  the  fixed  cost  principle  whereby  all  ancillary  costs  and  overheads  are  included  resulting  in  no  unwelcome  surprises  and  facilitating  tranquil  budgeting.  

 

We  offer  machining  services,  hydraulic  cylinder  repair  and  recertification,  supply  of  Parker  parts  and  hoses,  engineering  and  fabrication  of  clamps  /  collars  /  protectors  etc.  

 

   

     

 

 RNT/PARKER  STORE  LAS  PALMAS  including  complete  storage  of  hoses,  hose  fittings  and  fittings  with  more  than  3.000  references  on  stock  right  now,  The  stock  keep  on  updating  every  day.

 Hose  Exellence  center  with  two  production  lines  for  hoses  with  all  equipment  to  produce  high  volume  of  hoses  according  PARKER  and  DNV  regulation.  

     1.000  square  meters  open  court  multipurpose  for  open  air  jobs,  such  as  pressure  test,  high  pressure  water  blasting,  etc…  and  in  house  1.000  square  meters  workshop  with  12  x  10  meters  access  doors  and  2  overhead  cranes  32  TONS  each  one  and  21  meters  high.      

   West  Tellus  telescope  joint  deliver  to  the  rig  after  repair  and  commissioning  in  cooperation  with  NOV  Brasil.
