We are very grateful to inform that you have been selected to join YOUTH EXCURSION

2016 in Tokyo-Japan, 17th-22nd September 2016.

Here are some important things that the participant should know:

1. Each participant will be responsible for their flight trip to and from Tokyo-Japan.

2. Check in Hotel on 2 PM Saturday, 17th September 2016 and check out before 12 AM Thursday, 22nd September 2016

3. The committee will provide the accommodation such as visa, hotel, food, local

transportation and T-shirt for participants during the event 4. Before departure, please ensure that you have packed items listed below with you, as

it is mandatory to all participants to re-register in the registration day. The items are:

Valid Passport

Flight ticket

Along with the mandatory items, do not forget to pack appropriate attires suitable for the

activities that will be done during the event and personal medicine. In accordance to the event, we would like to inform you that it is illegal to bring drugs into Japan and death

penalty will be charged. It is also prohibited to smoke in Japan. Please make a survey before your departure to avoid any difficulties.

As for payment, participants are needed to transfer Rp 12.000.000 in 3 times (as in application schedule at youtex.org) latest by August, 10th 2016 to CIMB NIAGA account

number 703152795000 by the name of Ayu May Fakih. Failure to make a payment will cause a cancelation of the participant.

All the participants should attach scan valid passport, photo and health certificate to

email: youtex2016@gmail.com before July, 5th 2016. Thank you in advance for your kind attention and cooperation. Looking forward to having great respond and see you in Japan.
