President’s Message

Fellow Rotarians: I begin this week with WORDS OF THANKS to our Event Chair Gordy Wolfe and his committee. Words of Thanks seem so little, yet please know just how much each of you mean to me, and our club—pulling together was very evident this past weekend with our Annual Fire and Ice event. All of you who took the leadership to run various departments, to those who volunteered to help in one or more task, to those who sponsored financially and those who volunteered that day—a HUGE THANK YOU! As you open this handout, you will see some of the beautiful faces that were captured during our event on Saturday. And we are so thankful that we stuck to February dates, as rain is due to hit this coming weekend. Please begin promoting, 2020 date has been reserved for February 29—leap year!!

Dr. Kevin Fleming of Norco College will be our speaker today. His topic: (Re)Defining the Goal: The changing climate of education, career readiness, and

economic development. If you have a speaker or topic you want shared at Circle City Rotary, please connect with Danny McCarns who will do her best to bring these speakers to us.
