THE Y.™ FOR A BETTER US.™

"I was so out of shape after months of knee problems and surgery last year. I joined the Y at the end of June and attended Cardio Core and More, SilverSneakers®, and Zumba Gold®. The difference is amazing, my leg muscles have been building back up, my core has been strengthened, stamina and endurance have increased. I'm almost back to my pre- surgery self. As an added bonus, Claudia taught me techniques to get down on the floor and up again. Something not easily done with double knee replacements. My thanks to the terrific, professional fitness instructors on the Y's staff." Y Member Carol Kaley
