Scenario
1. Order a combo meal.2. Order a burger with only pickles, onions, and the
meat on the burger.3. Change the burger you've just ordered to add cheese
and remove the onions.4. Order another of the same burger from the "Your
Order" area.5. Order another 1-3 burgers of your choice.6. Check to make sure that the total matches what you
would expect your meal to cost. (Remembers that burgers are $1 each, or $3 for combo meals)
7. Finish ordering.
