Let us update you about the jobs AARAS did in the last week of November, 2013. Last of week of November, 2013 was the busy week for AARAS and to be honest, we love being BUSY! Three vessels carrying breakbulk and heavylift cargo arrived Karachi simultenously under the Agency of Aaras Shipping Agencies (Pvt) Ltd., and along-with our agency services we provided stevedoring, custom clearance and transportation services for the cargo also. AARAS SHIPPING AGENCIES (PVT) LTD



The Vessel “M.V. YUAN HANG”, loaded from China, arrived Karachi on 21/11/2013.

The vessel carried total 1368 pkgs of HRC Steel Coils with total weight of 22,508.718 Mtons.

The discharging of whole lot of cargo was completed within 31 HRS by our own stevedoring staff with our equipments.

We provided total logistics services for the cargo.

The Vessel “M.V. MAGNUM ENERGY” arrived Karachi on 24/11/2013. And it was carried break-bulk and heavy lift cargo also containing cargo of “Guddu Power Plant Project”.

The cargo included total 1749 packages / units of Steel Coils, Turbines, SOC Containers, Lifters and other accessories with gross weight of 17,630.00 Mts.

The duration of completion of discharging process was about 33 Hours. Simultenously the discharging process of cargo from the another vessel was also carried out by us.












The Vessel “M.V. HARRISON M” arrived Karachi on 25/11/2013, carrying 775 packages of Steel Coils with total weight of 5,234 Mts loaded from Ukrain.

The discharging of the cargo was completed within only 12 Hours and the cargo was stacked at the Port Area.

We are nominated to provided total logistics solution for the cargo.












All our operation / field staff as well as office and documentation staff remained very busy during completion of all these three jobs under our agency.

The Management and Staff worked day in and night to provide best of the logistics services so that the principal as well as the consignees be fully satisfied with our services.

And everyone in Aaras Shipping Agencies (Pvt) Ltd., actually enjoyed continuous hard-working the whole week.
