LAUNCHING THE ELLIPSE HERITAGE PORTAL (DAM)

The Ellipse Heritage Portal (DAM) grants access to the group’s editorial content so that it may be re-used, and guarantees the traceability of reproduced works in accordance with the royalties agreement signed with journalists.

All editorial content which is to be reproduced in a magazine, a newspaper, a website or a digital application must be obtained via this portal.

To guarantee traceability and honour the royalties agreement, internal users who place orders must provide details about the contributors whose work is being reproduced, and also the destination of the editorial content.

As for external users, their orders will also have to be authorized/validated by the moderator of the title being reproduced.

The low resolution PDFs available on the portal may be used as a basis for editorial projects. But when the project becomes a real publication, and whether it is printed or digital, it is necessary to place an order via the portal, so as to ensure traceability.

Content initially available: l All of the pages of Bayard magazines (except Notre Temps,

Pèlerin, La Croix).l All texts from La Croix published since 1 January 2013l The pages of Pèlerin produced since 1 July 2013

The following will soon be available: publications by Notre Temps, Milan Presse and original works produced specifically for websites or the group’s digital applications, etc…

The following pages explain in detail how to recover files to be re-used via the portal.
