Preparation:Our Lavosh Flatbread is par baked and can be topped from either a frozen or thawed state. Position an oven rack in the bottom third of the oven and preheat Conventional Oven to 375 F or 350 F for Convection Ovens. Bake flatbreads on either the rack or a perforated pan, if available. Create flatbread by topping with olive oil or a light sauce and premium ingredients. Bake the flatbread for 8-10 minutes
