The registration fee includes the pre-arranged accommodation which consists of one double room (one double bed) and one twin room (two single beds). Should additional rooms be required the cost of each additional room would be R575.00 per room and is not included in the registration fee.

The registration fee for the competition is R8 000.00 per team (consisting of 3 people) and includes the following:
Accommodation for the team from 8 September to 12 September 2015; Breakfast and lunch for the week; Shuttle service for the week; Opening function Closing function
The above-mentioned registration fee does not include the following:
Airfares; Dinner for the week; Additional accommodation should it be required;

CALCULATION PANEL: There will be a panel for the calculation of results and other administrative purposes. The panel will consist of five members, two members from the hosting university and three members chosen by draw from participating universities. Universities interested in serving on the calculation panel must please indicate the name of their nominee below:
