Advertisements submitted to LawNews are to be approved by the
publisher (Law Institute of Victoria).
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that advertisements
comply with Commonwealth, State and Territory laws. The publisher
reserves the right to reject any advertisement of copy. Payment of
advertising is required within 30 days of invoice. Agency
commission of 10 per cent is available to approved agencies. To
ensure publication of advertisements, bookings must be received by
5pm on the day of the booking deadline. All cancellations must be
in writing and received by the booking deadline.
