  • OverviewProject ManagementOur approach to project management provides each client with peace of mind that their individual needs are being met and timeously at that. By utilizing best practice project management solutions and tools in accordance with global management standards our professional team will lead your project from start to finish. Our range of services include:

At each stage we along with our clientn will assess and decide on the next move to ensure a successful outcome.

During Phases 1 and 2, focus is primarily on the:

    • Project Plan• Time Management and Schedule• Cost Analysis • Quality Control • Service, and Risk management• Analysis

With continued management right through to project completion.

Project PlanThe primary objective is to outline the project scope and to develop an initial Project Plan (PP) in order to ensure transparency across the project and towards all stakeholders. A PP represents a project in terms of the order of deliverables and services it will produce. The PP starts with a single tier at the top, which represents the whole project. The project is then partitioned into its components with lower level tiers.

Time Management and Schedule At LCCPM we offer advanced project networking analysis tools for schedule planning and schedule services, by means of PERT analysis and the Theory of Constraints and the Critical Chain method to ensure identification, protection and subsequent management of the project critical path..

Cost Analysis The cost analysis requires resource planning in accordance with the Project Plan (PP) based on market conditions. We will need to determine what physical resources are required (ie: people, equipment, materials etc) the quantities of each, and the actual timing (ie: when the resource is required) relative to the activity.

  • Quality Control and ServiceThe requirements, needs and expectations of the stakeholders are taken into account when approaching quality control and planning. We continually monitor and improve on our processes, people, products, services and environments by applying our best practice solutions and techniques to ensure satisfied clients and “neighbours”, meeting performance requirements and always considerate of our impact on the environment.

Risk Management and AnalysisEvery project has an element of risk, meaning there is a chance of things not turning out exactly as planned. LCCPM endeavours to apply critical risk management so as to identify, analyse, prioritise, monitor and find solutions from start to finish over all the project stages in order to effectively manage the mitigation of costs, schedule risks to ensure determined successful outcomes.
