Even the sheriff's office version of the report shows the man was asleep. If they can't wake you up, how is that resisting arrest? The man made a mistake by going into the wrong house - there is no question about that but there is nothing in any of the documents that shows any malicious intent - other than that by LCSO. It mentions meth - who knows if that is true since informed people know that LCSO falsifies documents, remembering that a number of them have been permitted to resign when caught in their falsifications.
