Faculty Program Directors

Leonard J. Marcus, PhD is founding Director of the Program for Health Care Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (PHCNCR) at the Harvard Chan School. He is a widely recognized pioneer and leading voice on

guiding transformation in complex health systems.

Eric J. McNulty, MA is the Director of Research for the PHCNCR and an Instructor at the Harvard Chan School. He writes and teaches widely on leadership and organizational culture.

Guest Faculty Barry C. Dorn, MD, FACS, MHCM is Associate Director of the PHCNCR at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He is a retired orthopedic surgeon and former interim community hospital CEO.

During this program, you’ll engage directly with these originators of the innovative meta-leadership framework and practice method. Dorn, Marcus, and McNulty are at the forefront of evolving meta-leadership practice. Together, they are the coauthors of Renegotiating Health Care: Resolving Conflict to Build Collaboration, Second Edition.
