I highly recommend the MLC Lean Bronze Prep class! Taking the class provided structure to ensure that I stayed on schedule with my reading, as well as the opportunity to discuss lean principles with other students. The MLC Lean Bronze Prep Class provided me with the structure, motivation and support that I will need to achieve certification. For the past 8 years, Dave Kippen has served as a Lean leader, coach and educational instructor. He currently works at Milsco Manufacturing in Jackson, MI. During this time, Dave has successfully coached more than 300 people through various levels of Lean Learning, and has facilitated well over 150 Kaizen events throughout the United States and Europe. In addition, Dave is Bronze certified through the SME/AME/Shingo Prize/ASQ Partnership. Dave is also a Bronze Portfolio reviewer for the SME. Dave has been volunteering with the MLC for 3 years.
