Why was the white football used and why doesn’t the NFL use it anymore?

CAN YOU FIND THE HIDDEN ARTIFACT?

The white football was first used on Nov. 6, 1929, when the first NFL game was played at night. The league believed that players would be able to see the football better. However, players complained that it was difficult to distinguish from white uniforms. The white football was used well into the 1950s until it became unnecessary with advancements in stadium lighting.

What did Aaron Rodgers and Clay Matthews hold up on the podium after winning Super Bowl XLV?

CAN YOU FIND THE HIDDEN ARTIFACT?

Rodgers and Matthews held up a championship belt that had been passed along to them by the equipment staff. During the week leading up to the Super Bowl, a fan had given Packers security the belt, and security passed the belt to equipment. Rodgers was well known for putting on an imaginary “championship belt” while celebrating.

Perseverance In My LifePerseverance is the ability to continue working hard at something, even though it is difficult. The Packers went through a streak of losing seasons in the 1970s and 1980s, and some thought the team would never regain success. But when Ron Wolf was hired as the new general manager by Bob Harlan in 1991, he didn’t give up on the Packers. He changed attitudes and turned the team into champions again through his strong leadership. His continued effort and tireless dedication allowed the Packers to succeed against all odds. He showed perseverance by always believing in the team.

When have you shown perseverance? Is there someone you know who tried very hard to overcome obstacles to succeed in something?
