We are introducing a new curriculum across all of our centres. While we transition to the new curriculum we may be moving swimmers between classes to ensure that they are getting the best learning opportunities possible. This isn’t a reﬂection on their capability or progress, but more to ensure they have the best support possible to achieve the goals for that class. Some of other the key changes are listed below: • If you plan to carry on lessons into the new term, payment must be received prior to the end of the current term, failing this will result in the automatic removal from the following term by the system and you may miss out on a spot that term. • Current swimmers - please pay for Term 1 lessons by 28 January 2018 to secure your spot. Payments received after 15 January will be at new 2018 prices ($14 for all pre-school and school age lessons and $9 for baby and toddler lessons, after 28 January spaces can’t be guaranteed). • Full payment for new swimmers (and swimmers wanting to change the day/time/class from their current spot) must be made at the time of booking. • We will do our best to accommodate one make-up lesson per term if you can’t attend for sickness or injury and you let us know in advance via phone or email. If classes are full then we can’t guarantee a make-up lesson. No credit will be provided for missed classes or where make-up lessons are unavailable due to class size. • Online payments are available and can take up to 3 days to process. Please email us if you’d like to pay online and we’ll reply with the payment link. (please note we no longer accept payment by direct debit). • If you want to cancel the remaining lessons in a term, then please request this in writing/email. There will be a $25 admin fee for cancellations unless the cancellation is for medical reasons. • If we have to cancel a lesson for any reason, we’ll issue you a voucher for a replacement class that will be valid for 4 terms. • You may see our teachers poolside with mobile devices. The mobile devices are used to track attendance and swimmer performance. We’ve made some changes to our Learn to Swim programmes for 2018.
