Welcome to Copart’s new Learning Management System! The Employee Development & QA department has teamed up with the Human Resources department, and are proud to announce the new Copart Learning Management System, powered by ADP! What is a Learning Management System (LMS)?Learning Management Systems allow trainers and administrators to create and track a huge variety of courses, including instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, webinars, and online tutorials. It also links directly to ADP so that you can log in and see the courses available to you! What will the LMS be used for?For the initial launch, all of the existing training tutorials previously found on Copart’s Facility Operations Manual website have been uploaded, and all employees can now complete those courses within the LMS! In the very near future the LMS will be used to enroll in, complete, and track courses ranging from Leadership Development courses to mandatory compliance training, as well as many other special projects being developed throughout Fiscal 2017 and beyond! If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please email [email protected].
